Located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, this project responds to the city’s rapid expansion and the growing demand for well-integrated amenities within residential developments. With limited ground-level space available on site, the design strategically shifts several key amenities to the terrace, transforming it into an active and accessible community zone.
Envisioned as a shared space for all age groups, the terrace accommodates areas for recreation, relaxation, and social interaction, ensuring that residents have meaningful places to gather despite spatial constraints. This vertical extension of the landscape not only optimizes the available footprint but also enhances the quality of everyday living, creating a vibrant, multi-functional environment that fosters community engagement and a sense of belonging.
The terrace is envisioned as a vibrant community hub, accommodating a range of spaces that cater to diverse age groups and activities. It includes an open-air theatre for gatherings and events, thoughtfully designed seating areas for relaxation and social interaction, a dedicated kids’ play zone for safe and engaging recreation, and a multipurpose game area that encourages active use. Together, these elements transform the terrace into a dynamic and inclusive environment—where leisure, play, and community life seamlessly come together above the ground plane.
