Safal vihaan, an older plotting scheme, envisions reimagining the common spaces while preserving the existing chikoo orchard. The concept revolves around maintaining the orchard as the central feature, while seamlessly connecting and creating various spaces though a striking design. A yellow ribbon will be the main element weaving the landscape, while bold red plinth are introduced to create a play in levels and create a dynamic focal point.
A continuous yellow ribbon becomes the defining element of the landscape, weaving through the site to connect different spaces and guide movement. Acting as both a visual and spatial thread, it unifies the landscape while subtly directing circulation and activity. Complementing this gesture, bold red plinths are introduced to create variations in level across the site. These raised elements not only add depth and spatial interest but also form informal seating, gathering spots, and playful edges. Together, the ribbon and plinths establish a dynamic composition—transforming the landscape into an engaging environment with a strong visual identity and lively focal points.
